 Datawarehouse concepts and ETL design best practices (Must have)
 Data modeling (Must have)
 Snowflake knowledge (Good to have)
 SAP knowledge (Good to have)
 SAP functional knowledge (Good to have)
 Good Communication skills, Team player, self-motivated and work ethics
 Flexibility in working hours: 12pm Central time (overlap with US team )
 Confidence, proactiveness and demonstrate alternatives to mitigate tools/expertise gaps
