Role Description: 
Support sales teams in solution development, managing an internal matrix team to scope and price solutions. Lead customers through the design process. Work directly with Internal Accenture Domain Architects, Partner Architects, Client Architects, and Accenture project teams to design solutions.

The Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain) Functional Consultant will be supporting an upgrade of WFM from version 6.2 to version 2022.1 in an on-premises environment.
This work will involve:
·        Requirement and Design analysis
·        Application Configuration
·        Custom Code analysis
·        Functional testing
·        System Integration testing
·        Regression testing, Defect analysis
·        Support and maintenance of the application

The resource will:
·        Develop an understanding of business requirements and prepare functional requirements.
·        Participate in discovery sessions to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.
·        Prepare detailed Test Scenarios followed by test cases.
·        Execute the test scenarios and document the defects.
·        Help developers in debugging the reported defects.
·        Participated in Production issue analysis and fixes.

6-week role; Will not be extended.
