Implementation & Support Executive

Responsibilities:-
The Implementation and Support Executive will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time.
Responsibilities of this position include training and implementations for small to large scale clients. Needs to travel on site to client meetings.
Ensure customer satisfaction through followup, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
Responsible for managing client expectations.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.
Skills Required:-
Candidate must have excellent communication Skills (Verbal as well as Written) and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations.
Strong knowledge of ERP Domain in Manufacturing Industry, Construction Industry or Project Based Industry is required.
Must possess knowledge of SQL Server and Crystal Report.
