Requirements- Rest & SOAP API, POSTMAN, Banking Knowledge & Good Communication Skills
 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives for software/system implementations
     
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed implementation plans
     
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client systems, processes, and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
     
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as development, QA, and support, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions
     
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and strategies for successful implementation and adoption of our products
     
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, specifications, and user manuals
     
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate clients on system functionalities and usage
