IAM Integration & Automation Specialist - will lead the migration of applications from the legacy IAM platform to a modern IGA solution and build custom integrations to support access certification, RBAC discovery, and identity lifecycle processes. This role requires a deep understanding of identity architecture, connector development, and integration with platforms such as ServiceNow and future-ready IGA tools.
- Execute end-to-end migration of 5 applications from legacy IAM to the IGA platform, ensuring minimal disruption to access provisioning and compliance processes.
- Drive the decommissioning of the legacy IAM system post-migration.
- Design and develop custom connectors to ingest identity and entitlement data from a broad set of systems (cloud/on-prem), supporting ongoing recertification and RBAC discovery.
- Support data normalization and attribute mapping across diverse sources to align with IGA requirements.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure connector design supports both current and future identity platforms.
- Redesign and automate approximately 40 manual access workflows managed outside the IAM function, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Build and implement a catalogue of reusable workflow templates (10+ patterns) to support seamless onboarding of new applications during go-live.
- Review and enhance ~20 existing access workflows within ServiceNow to improve consistency, reduce errors, and support long-term sustainability.
- Work closely with IAM architects and platform teams to ensure workflows integrate cleanly with the IGA platform and enterprise approval processes.
- Ensure workflow documentation, exception handling, and audit trail capabilities are built into every automated flow.
