Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including federated identity management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and API security protocols such as OAuth and OIDC.
Ability to map and analyse current business processes related to IAM and identify areas for improvement during the migration to the Ping solution.
Experience identifying potential risks, dependencies, and impacts on business operations during the migration process.
Proficiency in working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), supporting iterative project management, tools - JIRA, Confluence and ensuring timely delivery of business requirements.
Ability to create clear, structured, and detailed requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflows.
Familiarity with Ping Federate, Ping Access, and related identity management tools, to better understand the technical aspects of the migration and how they translate into business needs.
Experience in leading or supporting change management initiatives, particularly in the context of system migrations and process changes.
