Job Description
Over 7 years of experience in engineering, developing, and supporting Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions using IBM Sterling File Gateway
Working knowledge on IBM Sterling suite (File Gateway, Sterling B2Bi Integrator, Sterling External Authentication Server, Sterling Secure Proxy Perimeter Server, Sterling Secure Reverse Proxy Engine and Sterling Control Center Monitor software)
Extensive expertise in secure file transfer protocols and technologies, including FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, SSL, HTTPS, AS2, and related methodologies.
Monitoring using Splunk technology
Worked on Encryption and Security Set up Setting up workflows and processing based on Criteria
Possesses Unix skills (editing, process, shell scripting, system health)
Working knowledge of adhering to Cryptographic Standards (Algorithms, FIPS, Key Exchanges, Host Keys, Ciphers)
Experienced in SQL Server and Oracle database knowledge (table construction) troubleshooting
Competent in Sterling Control Center Monitoring configuration Rules, Actions, and Reporting utilizing Jasper Suite
Solid understanding of encryption algorithms (e.g., PGP, SFTP/SSH) and secure file transfer practices along with knowledge of networking, network protocols, and firewalls as they apply to MFT systems.
Provide 24/7 production support for Managed File Transfer environments on a rotational basis, adhering to established operational standards.
Proficient in cloud implementations, with a strong emphasis on OpenShift.
Hands-on experience managing and supporting systems in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
Experience with GitLab (DevSecOps platform), YAML structure and formatting
Experience with Splunk (observability, log management, Report creation, regex, etc.)
Security Patches, Password updates, Certificate Updates and Platform Infrastructure Management Prerequisite tasks completion for upcoming Major releases Service Now for Incident and Change Management
Qualification:- BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
