IBM Maximo Developer

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Developer to support a MAS migration and software optimization project. This role involves working with IT SMEs, business stakeholders, and an implementation partner to enhance Maximo functionality while ensuring a stable platform for daily operations.



What We’re Looking For:
 6-8 years of Maximo development experience
 Strong expertise in WebSphere, SQL scripting, and Windows Server environments
 Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Security Configurations, and System Monitoring
 Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and system enhancements

Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and support Maximo 7.6. x / MAS applications
 Experience with MAS 8/9 migration (on-prem to cloud SaaS)
 Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions
 Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
 Perform Maximo configurations (Database Config, Cron Tasks, Conditional Expressions, etc.)
 Develop Java Customizations, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reports
 Integrate Maximo with SAP, Ariba, and other external applications
 Work with middleware teams & infrastructure support to ensure seamless operations

Education & Certifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 Relevant IBM Maximo certifications are a plus
