Description

  • Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and FileNet Workplace/Workplace XT
  • Proven expertise in data extraction/migration from FileNet repositories using APIs or custom scripts
  • Strong knowledge of FileNet connectors and integration tools (e.g., Content Navigator, ICN plugins)
  • Deep understanding of Records Management and compliance configurations in FileNet
  • Experience integrating IBM ECM components with third-party applications such as ERP systems and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with Teamspaces creation, management, and customization
  • Experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services, and scripting languages used in FileNet development
  • Exposure to WebSphere, LDAP, and database platforms like DB2 or Oracle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in working with IBM Support, including raising and managing PMRs (Problem Management Records).


 

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience with modernizing legacy FileNet platforms to IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA)
  • Experience in Azure Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for ECM deployments
  • IBM FileNet certification(s) preferred
