Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Support Engineer to join our team in Plantation, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, including developing and configuring access workflows, scripts, and reporting solutions. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management platform.
  • Develop and configure automated access workflows across applications and systems.
  • Create and manage application and OS-level scripts/jobs for provisioning, deprovisioning, and system access.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and analytics dashboards from IAM platforms using SQL and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth IAM operations and process alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM support or a related IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Analytics and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow and process management in IAM or IT automation.
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux OS administration (user access, scripting, job scheduling).
  • Familiarity with IAM tools/platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in IT security, identity governance, or compliance.
  • Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications.

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is an advantage
