Job Summary:

  1. We are seeking an experienced Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team.
  2. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud IAM, OIDC, Secure Authentication - SAML, and OAUTH. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure authentication solutions to enhance our company's security posture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design IAM Solutions - various workflows between systems, Okta, Salesforce, and our customer facing platforms.
  2. Stronger experience with solutions/application architecture including creating diagrams to represent workflows
  3. Understand, communicate, and design authentication and authorization solutions using core IAM concepts and following industry standards including OIDC, SAML, OAUTH.
  4. Coordinate and lead all aspects of customer identity management for a large, multi-offering enterprise.
  5. Understand interactions of different user data sources and work with Enterprise Architecture on where the IAM solutions fit in the overall Data Driven Enterprise.
  6. Define and prototype systems that address complex user flows and enable a consistent experience for our learners.
  7. Mentor and guide engineering teams in advanced IAM flows and patterns.
  8. Build and maintain documentation of both workforce (WIAM) and customer (CIAM) identity and access management solutions.
  9. Collaborate throughout the organization to collect information user identities to improve systems and processes and optimally translate them into solutions on the WIAM and CIAM platforms.


Qualifications:

  1. Solid experience with IAM SaaS platform and performing integrations.
  2. Solid understanding and communication of foundational IAM concepts, including identity, authentication, authorization, entitlements, MFA, SSO, IDP, SP, and access controls.
  3. Proven hands-on experience in IAM integrations.
  4. Rich experience in an architecture role within IAM space.
  5. Leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  6. Hands-on experience with Okta SaaS solution.
  7. Experience collapsing disparate user stores.
