IAM Product Manager

Job Description -

• As a Product Owner, you will be partnering up with market facing strategic product managers, other technical product managers, technical product owners, engineering and operations team to drive a platform strategy across the client
• You will own or actively contribute to the technology delivery roadmap for specific products, and ensure the product solutions have a high degree of predictability, quality and stability while positioned to support rapid client growth and time to market.
• Attend scrum meetings, create user-stories and set acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements across the technology assets.
• Identify and drive technology reuse and platform reuse opportunities.
• Direct the creation and maintenance of API documentation, guides, and tutorials.
• Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects and scope
• Own specific deliverables to take the product from ideation through implementation and governance approvals
• Lead JAR & JAD sessions with cross functional teams.
• Develop, maintain and present detailed execution plans and features delivery roadmaps for meeting business objectives, across program increments

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Must have Experience in the development of (IAM) suite of applications in an Agile environment as a Product owner
• Knowledge about authorization frameworks using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) to ensure appropriate access levels.
• Capability development in IDM domain (feature detailing, API SDKs) etc.
• Nice to have experience in SCIM based SDKs
• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
• 2+ years in one or more areas: Account definition, assess and multi-tenancy for API-based services ,Cost and price modelling ,API management/Governance
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Soap UI/postman, SQL
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams

• Expertise into the identity and access management (IAM) suite of applications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• SAFE / Scrum Certification
