Responsibilities

  • Maintain a complex Enterprise AD environment.
  • Drive IAM initiatives to improve our broader security posture, demonstrated by metrics.
  • Provide hands-on support, as needed, to initiatives related to our IAM solution technologies.
  • Engage in continuous technology improvement, process improvement, and quality control.
  • Integrate and manage IGA, PAM, MFA and SSO technologies.
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining effective internal IAM control processes and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining service catalog for IAM services.
  • Report and communicate adherence to shared services SLA’s, in coordination with the overall enterprise team scorecards.
  • Prepare reports and artifacts for internal and external audits.

Required Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and development of creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance organizations and standards (i.e., SOX, PCI, etc).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (i.e., PowerShell, etc.) a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs, specifically RESTful APIs, and familiarity with service-oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST) a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a systems engineer.
  • Experience running services within AWS.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
  • Experience with SailPoint IGA IIQ, with proven development experience (SailPoint Java).
  • Experience with Okta- MFA, SSO, OAG.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management Tools (i.e. CyberArk).

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
