Description

 

  • Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions
  • Support end-to-end IAM lifecycle processes: provisioning, access reviews, role management, and certifications
  • Implement connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to identity provisioning and governance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, App Support)
  • Maintain IAM documentation and ensure compliance with internal security standards

     

Essential Skills

 

  • 68 years of total IT experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Cloud
  • Experience with integration of applications using out-of-the-box and custom SailPoint connectors
  • Understanding of SaaS-based IAM deployment models and architecture
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Familiar with user provisioning, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance reporting

     

Nice To Have

 

  • SailPoint certification(s)
  • Exposure to other IAM tools (Okta, CyberArk, etc.)
  • Experience working in regulated environments (Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
