Responsibilities
• Plan, implement and monitor the transformation of current systems to centralized modern solutions.
• Provide support in troubleshooting various integration issues between Identity and Access Management applications.
• Operational responsibilities for managing and supporting the Identity and access management services including system & software upgrades, maintenance & tuning.
• Perform system administration tasks including account maintenance.
• Design and implementation of Identity and access management solutions using LDAP & CA-Broadcom suite of products.
• System enhancements, operational and maintenance responsibilities for DMV systems including Enterprise Content Management and Reporting systems including Documentum, Content Manager, Kofax and Business Activity Monitor.
• Ensure integrity of the agency's stored data.
• System Monitoring and Performance tuning.
• SQL server upgrades and optimization.
• Oracle server upgrades and optimization.
• Upgrades and optimization of various DMV in-house and COTS systems
