Hybris Business Analyst

Job description:

Technical Skills Primary

Strong understanding of the SAP Hybris platform its features and functionalities

Experience with ecommerce principles best practices and B2BB2C environments

Proven experience in business analysis including requirement gathering process mapping and documentation

Analyze business needs to recommend and implement enhancements for eCommerce platforms

Configure customize and extend the SAP Hybris Commerce platform

Collaborate on Data modeling Analytics and performance tuning

Support testing efforts through QA and UAT

Excellent communication collaboration and facilitation skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

Understanding of web technologies system integrations and technical aspects of ecommerce platforms

Understanding of S4 HANA processes like Order Management Shipping and Invoice Management is desirable
