Job Description:
·        Client is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. 
·        In this critical role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across assigned client areas, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's evolving priorities. You will drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational effectiveness in close collaboration with HR’s Centers of Expertise (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Management.
Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
·        5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a complex or healthcare setting.
