• Provide technical support to the HRIS team for the Company’s Workday HCM platform
• Evaluate incoming requests from HR, Finance, IT and other groups for work to be completed in Workday HCM platform, identify scope of work required to address the request and execute as appropriate;
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Proficient in creating and updating advanced reports, configurations and loading of data via the appropriate system method (e.g., EIB);
• Comfort navigating the Workday Community site to leverage available information and best practices as appropriate;
• Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday;
• Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations when business needs change and provide solutions;
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience; or
• High School Diploma and a minimum of 3+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration;
• Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information;
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise;
• Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes a plus
