Description

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations for US employees
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, background checks, documentation, and offboarding
  • Onboarding & New Hire Orientation: Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires in alignment with US policies
  • Payroll Management & Salary Administration: Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of US payroll
  • Invoicing & Vendor Management: Oversee HR-related invoicing, coordinate with external vendors, and manage service-level agreements
  • Timesheet Gathering & Management: Collect, verify, and manage timesheets for accurate billing and payroll processing
  • Address employee queries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, leave policies, and performance
  • Administer benefits programs and coordinate with insurance providers
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
  • Coordinate performance reviews and assist in implementing HR strategies and engagement initiatives
  • Support internal audits and provide documentation for legal and compliance needs
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership

     

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in a US HR role, preferably in the staffing or IT services domain
  • Solid understanding of US labour laws, HR compliance, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in payroll, vendor management, and timesheet processing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Zoho People, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee issues professionally
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours)
