We are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Lead to spearhead our HR operations and manage end-to-end recruitment. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can balance the intricacies of hiring top talent with the complexities of employee engagement and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  •  
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
    • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, and SeekOut.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define role requirements and optimize the interview process.
    • Negotiate offers to secure high candidate acceptance rates.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  •  
    • Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and initial employee engagement.
    • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
    • Supervise performance reviews and support career development initiatives.
    • Monitor employee retention and satisfaction.
    • Assist with exit processes and offboarding procedures.
  • Employee Engagement & Reporting:
  •  
    • Identify engagement gaps and implement improvement strategies.
    • Enforce structured guidelines and procedures.
    • Set up automated feedback mechanisms and conduct regular review sessions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS and HR technology solutions is highly desirable
