We are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Lead to spearhead our HR operations and manage end-to-end recruitment. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can balance the intricacies of hiring top talent with the complexities of employee engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, and SeekOut.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define role requirements and optimize the interview process.
- Negotiate offers to secure high candidate acceptance rates.
- HR Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and initial employee engagement.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Supervise performance reviews and support career development initiatives.
- Monitor employee retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with exit processes and offboarding procedures.
- Employee Engagement & Reporting:

- Identify engagement gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Enforce structured guidelines and procedures.
- Set up automated feedback mechanisms and conduct regular review sessions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS and HR technology solutions is highly desirable
