JD: HR Program Manager
Design and implement employee engagement programs aligned with company values.
Plan and manage HR programs (Talent Sentiments, L&D, DEI, Employer Branding) within timelines and budget.
Manage employee feedback through Talent Sentiments and engagement forums; provide insights to leadership.
Facilitate engagement dialogues and act as an internal consultant to departments.
Drive Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives with local and global teams.
Identify Learning & Development (L&D) needs, recommend and execute learning programs.
Review and improve HR processes and initiatives.
Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
Support HR projects and perform special assignments as needed.
5–10 years of experience as HR Generalist or Program Manager.
Strong program/project management and HR functional knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Experience working with senior/global leadership.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
Creative, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
