HCM Service Enablement oversees the operational support systems and processes across Talent Management, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and learning. This role involves building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across Technology, Compliance, and Security to ensure that our systems, processes, and transactions are maximizing efficiency and are in compliance with business requirements and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support day-to-day operations of Talent Management products, including Performance Evaluations, Talent Ranking, Promotion, and Employee Relations.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Talent Management, Technology, Employee Relations, and HCM Business Partners) to understand business issues/requirements and propose innovative solutions that leverage processes, technology, and vendor services.
- Own product backlogs by refining requirements and prioritizing development items for future sprints.
- Manage competing priorities and successfully handle client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to standardize system functionality/processes across users, locations, and business areas.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience within an operational function.
- Prior experience in systems implementation, including requirements definition, design, development, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to identify the root cause of issues and solve problems.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage numerous projects concurrently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong team player with influencing skills and demonstrated aptitude for leadership.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Talent Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR systems and their integration with other enterprise systems.
- Experience working in agile development environments and product backlogs.
Certifications (if any):
Relevant certifications in HR systems, project management, or agile methodologies are preferred but not required
