Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in HR processes and programs
- Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and continuous learning
- Experience with HRIS (Workday HCM desirable)
- Knowledge of Case Management and AI tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No career gaps

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in HR shared services organization
- High-paced environment experience with competing priorities
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
