HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Operations, Background Investigation, and Recruitment Compliance Audits
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically:
   - Workday
   - Taleo
   - Similar systems
- Deep proficiency in candidate management, audit, reporting, and data integrity
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and other stakeholders across the globe
