Description

Experienced HR Consultant who can come in and immediately be able to pick up tasks. The first aspect of the role will include setting up and overseeing the implementation of a TSA (Transitional Services Agreement). Following go-live, the role will continue as the main POC and oversight manager of the TSA while it is in place. Well-rounded general HR background is ideal but strong payroll and benefits experience as well as project management experience is critical. Past experience with a TSA is a big plus.

Experience:

• USA Payroll and benefits

• Project management, including oversight of large-scale efforts

• Background setting up and managing TSA (Transitional Services Agreement) or similar experience

• Contract set-up and management

• Exposure to SAP HR & time sheet and ADP Vantage or Workforce Now

• Ability to liaise between 2 separate companies/HR teams – strong communication and problem-solving background

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)

• Background working with multiple vendors in various functional areas

• Understanding of personnel administration (full employee life cycle)

• Turn-key type of role – individual needs to be able to immediately take over actions, troubleshoot issues as they arise, understand

• At least 5 – 7 years experience with payroll and benefits
