Job descriptions:
1. Having work experience in HR ABAP development of minimum 4 to 6 years.
2. Should be able to estimate, develop, test & deploy HR ABAP development for business.
3. Should have knowledge in trouble shooting, debugging, OSS note implementation and system upgrade (SPDD/SPAU) activities.
4. Will be able to design, develop and maintain SAP Business Workflows.
5. Will be able to develop custom solutions using customized transactions and the enhancement framework including user-exits, BADI's, and BAPI.
6. Proficient in different ABAP Objects (W.R.I.C.E.F) and Data Dictionary.
7. Having knowledge in IDOC processing, PI Integration & OOPs ABAP.
8. Deliverable will be solutions to business requirement including system analysis, design, coding, and documentation (TS) of different involved objects following the specific standard.
9. Will connect with business user to understand business
requirement, issues and to resolve the same.
11. Exposure to OData & HANA will be an advantage.
12. Functional expertise of business processes, master data, transactions & configuration would be an added advantage.
Qualifications for ABAP developer:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from a good University will have preference
