Developers (4+ yrs of experience)

  • Technical competency:
  • Core ServiceNow Development

·         Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module.

·         ITSM module (RITM, workflows), service portal experience preferred.

·         Proficient in:

o    Client scripts, Business rules, UI policies, UI actions

o    Flow Designer / Workflow / Scripted Flows

o    Service Catalog & Request Management

o    CMDB & Discovery integration

  • Custom App Development

·         Scoped applications

·         Scripted REST APIs, Inbound/Outbound integrations

·         Working with MID servers

  • Self-driven and with ownership mindset
