Description

We are seeking an experienced Hogan ILP (Loans) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with the Hogan Integrated Loan Processing (ILP) module, including development, customization, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Hogan ILP (Loans) module.
  • Customize and enhance the ILP module to meet business requirements.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand loan processing needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Hogan ILP applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Hogan ILP with other banking and financial systems.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to loan processing in Hogan.
  • Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, changes, and enhancements.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Hogan Integrated Loan Processing (ILP) module development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM in a mainframe environment.
  • Experience working in banking and financial services, particularly in loan processing systems.
  • Understanding of loan origination, servicing, and collections in a Hogan ILP environment.
  • Familiarity with Hogan Umbrella (Hogan Core Banking Suite) and other Hogan modules is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ILP-related issues efficiently.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Hogan IDS, CIS, or other Hogan modules.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and modernizing legacy mainframe applications.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and modernization initiatives in banking systems.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hogan-related certifications (if applicable) are a plus
