Job Overview:
Dynamic Selling Solutions is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support to our remote team. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, or ticket system

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity

Assist with user account setup and access permissions

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

Document support cases and resolutions accurately

Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when needed

Provide basic training and support to team members

Requirements:

Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role preferred

Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems

Familiarity with networking basics and troubleshooting

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
