Requirements :

5 or more years of experience as Help Desk Analyst.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with distance support tools like conference calls and webinars.

Experience in government or public health environments.

Experience in documenting technical issues and resolutions.

Experience with scheduling tools, timesheet platforms (PeopleFluent, SharePoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide helpdesk support via phone/email to citizens accessing health portals
