Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guidewire PolicyCenter QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, with a focus on policy management, reporting, and data migration. This role involves performing end-to-end testing of the PolicyCenter application, ensuring data accuracy in reports, and validating successful migration from legacy systems. The candidate should also have expertise in automating test cases and ensuring the robustness and stability of the PolicyCenter system.
Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) and its modules.
- Experience in Guidewire reporting (e.g., generating and validating reports in PolicyCenter).
- Familiarity with migration processes in Guidewire, especially migrating from legacy systems.
- Experience with Selenium or other test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and defect analysis.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing with at least 2 years focused on Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar insurance software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
