Responsibilities

  • Design, Develop and maintain ETL data integration process with the Data hub.
  • Possesses solid understanding of AWS and Guidewire Integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and development of insurance system projects.
  • Devise or modify technical solutions to solve problems.
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs.
  • Design and Execution experience in the full software development cycle including coding, testing, implementation, support and sunset.
  • Adopts Service Design, where appropriate, through utilization of modularity within architecture to enable continuous delivery.

Required Skills

  • Expert knowledge in data mapping, modelling, lineage, governance and management.
  • Must be highly competent in these technology areas: Java, Java script, GOSU and SQL.
  • Developers should have Java-spring knowledge.
  • Overall Database knowledge of Guidewire..

Required Experience

  • Working experience with policy, claims, billing and Guidewire data model strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing concepts and tools. (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications are considered a plus.
  • Experience designing and developing web services.
  • Experience with Java and Spring, or similar languages and frameworks.
  • Experience designing and building a single-page application with Angular, or similar.
  • Experience with Java and Spring, or similar languages and frameworks.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
