Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative design concepts for various projects, including digital and print media, social media graphics, marketing materials, and branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive designs that reflect the companys vision and goals.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and layouts while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and contemporary design practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and contribute to their development.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy discussions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 4 + years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience with web design, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
