Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and contribute to their development.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
4 + years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience with web design, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
