Description

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to support our website design, product marketing, content, marketing and digital campaigns (blog, social media assets, whitepapers, newsletters, infographics, and more).
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team
  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral
  • Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
  • A strong understanding of how and why you make color, layout and technical decisions
  • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
  • Have an appetite for growing your skills in design and new trends in the market.
  • Be humble and leave attitude at the door.
  • Should have ability to shift old to new branding, in adherence to the standards.
  • Good communication skills & positive attitude. Should be open to take feedback & work on it.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • College degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field strongly preferred
  • BA/BS in graphic design or related field or equivalent working experience.
  • 2+ years of exp in Graphic design.
  • Past work either as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, Microsoft suite.
  • Video editing and animation is a plus.
  • Candidate should showcase his portfolio (for us to get an idea of his creativity & work)
  • Cross-platform, cross-channel design experience. This position must create digital assets for our marketing team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
