Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold and enhance the design parameters (style guide) and specifications for all Company’s creative
• Create and/or assist in the creation of marketing materials including:
• Website pages
• Landing pages and emailers for digital marketing and campaigns
• Infographics
• Data sheets
• E book layouts and imagery
• Content templates
• Corporate presentations
• Promotional videos
• Ensure all creative, marketing, and corporate materials conform to brand standards for consistency in visual identity, messaging and positioning including voice and personality
• Work on video editing and video creation
Key Qualifications:
• Degree in Graphic Design or related studies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, XD(or Sketch), Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong understanding of all aspects of graphic design, digital/print design, and audiovisual arts
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and WordPress is a plus
• Experience with video editing software (like Camtasia or Adobe Premier pro, FCP) is a plus
Experience in Davinci Resolve color correction is a plus (Not Mandatory)
Designer Working Qualities:
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time and projects
• Someone who works well under pressure with tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality
• Able to work effectively with executive management teams and cross-functional teams, including offshore web development teams
• Enthusiastic and have a deep understanding of emerging design trends and innovations
• Able to take initial direction and work independently to achieve concept
• Proactive in seeing projects through completion
• Flexible in receiving and implementing feedback
