Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for internal campaigns, events, recognition programs, leadership communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives
- Develop visual identities and themes for employee events (virtual and in-person)
- Create digital and print-ready content like banners, invites, posters, presentations, social-style graphics, and video thumbnails
- Ensure consistency with brand and tone while bringing in fresh, innovative ideas
- Collaborate with internal comms, HR, events, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative libraries
- Contribute to visual storytelling around culture, values, and employee milestones
Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of hands-on design experience (internships included), preferably in a corporate or startup environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- A thoughtful portfolio showcasing work across formats and use cases
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for internal comms, events, or people-focused campaigns
- Basic video editing or motion design skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Familiarity with workplace tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or internal CMS platforms
- Passion for creating inclusive, accessible design that celebrates diversity
- Interest in storytelling, employee advocacy, and company culture
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
