Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for internal campaigns, events, recognition programs, leadership communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives
  • Develop visual identities and themes for employee events (virtual and in-person)
  • Create digital and print-ready content like banners, invites, posters, presentations, social-style graphics, and video thumbnails
  • Ensure consistency with brand and tone while bringing in fresh, innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with internal comms, HR, events, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals
  • Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative libraries
  • Contribute to visual storytelling around culture, values, and employee milestones

Skills Required:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on design experience (internships included), preferably in a corporate or startup environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
  • A thoughtful portfolio showcasing work across formats and use cases
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for internal comms, events, or people-focused campaigns
  • Basic video editing or motion design skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with workplace tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or internal CMS platforms
  • Passion for creating inclusive, accessible design that celebrates diversity
  • Interest in storytelling, employee advocacy, and company culture

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
