Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience as Google Workspace Admin (multi-workspace structure preferred)
Strong hands-on skills with Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Meet, and related tools
Jira, Confluence, and Hiver Admin experience
Slack and Zoom management experience
User management, device patching, and procurement
O365 admin capabilities
Proficiency in managing Windows, Mac, and ChromeOS devices
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based system security
RingCentral Admin experience
Strong English communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Certified Professional - Workspace Administrator
Experience with Zapier, Domo, KnowBe4, and CRM tools
Experience with patch management, backups, and business continuity
Strong troubleshooting and multi-platform integration skills
Awareness of cybersecurity protocols, DLP, and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
System Admin & Security: Manage Google Workspace, Hiver, and O365 environments
User Support: Triage tickets, onboard/offboard users, manage permissions
Device Management: Patch and monitor laptops (Windows/Mac/ChromeOS)
Collaboration Tools: Support productivity apps (Slack, Zoom, RingCentral, etc.)
Reporting & Compliance: Monthly KPIs, cybersecurity checks, and policy enforcement
Procurement & Onboarding: Approve and distribute hardware/software
Documentation: Maintain process guides and incident response records
