Google Dialogflow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Dialogflow Development: Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
• Looker Integration: Utilize Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance conversational AI insights.
• CVP and ICM Integration: Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow solutions with CVP and ICM systems.
• User Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve conversational AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure AI solutions meet business objectives.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dialogflow interactions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of conversational designs, integration processes, and data visualization reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow and integrating Looker.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Dialogflow and Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with CVP and ICM systems.
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies and protocols.
