We urgently need a CCAI developer with following skills:
Experience with Dialogflow CX, including managing conversation flows, intents, and fulfillment logic.
Hands-on experience with agent assist, bots.
Proficiency in Python for custom logic and API integrations.
Ability to design and optimize complex conversational flows.
Strong understanding of webhook development for dynamic responses.
Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Console.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for improving response accuracy.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug using Dialogflow’s tools.
Experience in migrating bots to CCAI platform is nice to have.
Expertise in optimizing agent performance for quick response times.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working in cross-functional teams.
