Golang Developer - Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Golang developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.

Technical Expertise

Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Golang.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate with third-party APIs and microservices.

Project Management

Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and tracking project deliverables.
Address technical challenges and troubleshoot production issues when needed.

Innovation And Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest trends in Golang and related technologies.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in development Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Golang.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and team collaboration Qualifications : 
Experience in leading geographically distributed teams.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
