Golang Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements to build transformative features that enhance the user experience.
• Develop highly-scalable and interactive solutions to engage end-users effectively.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to improve platform usability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance platform performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a Backend Developer.
• At least 3 years of experience with Golang in a production environment.
• Prior experience working in a microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS is essential.
• Experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB is preferred.
• Previous experience with fintech, security, payments, etc., is a strong plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.

Additional Job Details:

• The primary focus will be on Golang development, with Ruby experience being a nice-to-have.
• Strong communication skills are crucial for this role. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, unblock themselves, solve problems, and effectively collaborate with a team.
• Experience with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, and Ruby/RoR is advantageous
