Roles & Responsibility

 

Global Support (Should have experience in handling calls with good communication skills – Written & Verbal)

• 100% Team co-ordination

• Experience 1 -2 Years

✓ Should have the urge to learn/acquire newer skills as desired in the job

✓ Attending the customer calls and queries through Chat, email & Phone

✓ Maintain and achieve SLA of all tickets

✓ Troubleshoot basic L1 Desktop related issues

✓ Raise tickets in the tool & solve problems on primary level through telephone

✓ Monitor calls, assign the calls to the respective downstream team and follow ups to be done

✓ Vendor coordination - Follow up with vendors for pending calls
