Job Title: Global Project Manager

Location: Remote 

Duration : 12 months Project

Visa : Any

Must Haves: 

Global exp as a PM rolling out SSO/IAM-EntraID 

Prior exp with EntraID preferred, Active Directory & Workday-are all strong pluses

The firm uses Workday, so Workday will feed into EntraID, which will then feed into Active Directory

Ability to manage global large-scale complex SSO projects-this is not negotiable

Goal of this role/Primary responsibilities based on JO call:

Oversee this new global implementation.Once this PM is hired, then they will assemble the global teams who will roll out the implementation

 Clients Job Description:

We are actively looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead a large, global Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor initiatives across multiple regions.

 Key requirements include:

 Proven success leading large-scale, global IAM/SSO implementation projects , specifically Microsoft EntraID and Active Directory and Workday

 Deep understanding of IAM/SSO technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external vendors, service providers and aligning multiple internal technical and business teams.

 Skilled in generating detailed project plans, timelines, and executive-level status reports (including for the Board).

 Expertise in identifying, tracking, and addressing project risks and security gaps throughout the implementation.

 Strong background in global change management initiatives, including communication and adoption strategies.

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide project status reporting to all levels of the organization
