Engage with clients in a consultative manner to identify project requirements and conduct analysis.
Assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls based on their business practices, recommending best practices, and ensuring client acceptance through comprehensive setup reviews.
Conduct data analysis and mapping activities for assigned applications, analyzing source datafiles, and mapping data to the target application for use by technical resources during development.
Provide on-site or remote support related to application functionality and configuration.
Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality.
Offer business support to delivery teams throughout the entire software implementation process and beyond.
Deliver accurate and consistent statuses and reporting at various levels.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payment system.
Develop internal guides, training materials, and end-user documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications in Payment’s domain.
Candidate having experience of FGPP (Global Pay Plus) will be preferred.
Holds extensive knowledge and expertise in the payments industry, specializing in Fedwire, Swift, Nacha, and TCH Payments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
