seeking a Telecom/GIS Specialist with exposure to ArcGIS Pro and basic understanding of telecommunication assets including an understanding of OSP (outside plant) mapping. The GIS Specialist will use ESRI ArcGIS 10.8x or ArcGIS Pro and a Fiber Management System to digitize, modify, and attribute telecommunications facilities from a variety of data sources.
