Description

Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing GIS maps and mapping reports
- Using ArcGIS for GIS duties
- Utilizing data from Excel spreadsheets and databases for mapping
- Providing expert advice and support on GIS mapping to field users

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, or Computer Science
- 4-8 years of GIS and web application development experience
- Proficiency in ArcGIS API for JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of ESRI GIS software suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with ESRI Roads & Highways
- Proficiency in Reporting Tools like Power BI
