Role Description: 
·        The ESRI ArcGIS Application Developer will support development of enhancements, web applications, and integrations as part of an upgrade effort from ArcGIS 10.5.1 to ArcGIS 10.9.1. 
·        Responsibilities will include creation of Functional and Technical design documents for REST service based integrations, Web Applications, enhancements that will leverage new 3D capabilities of the new software version. 
·        The application developer should have experience developing services that will be hosted in a federated ArcGIS Server environment, and securing services with OAuth 2 authentication. 
·        The application developer will be responsible for any updates to existing Web App Developer applications required as part of the upgrade, which may potentially invovle redevelopment of custom widgets. 
·        The application devloper will may also support updates to existing Python scripts which faciliate integration of data from other enterprise systems into ESRI ArcGIS. 
·        This role may also involve creation of test scenarios and test scripts for System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.
·        During test phase, the application developer will assist in troubleshooting and resolving defects identified during test cycles, as well as support deployment of the upgrade in production, and provide post go-live support.
·        Minimum 5 years ESRI ArcGIS Development Experience in the skill areas described above.
