Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and or Python to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure best practices in test automation.
  • Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in test automation using Playwright and or Python.
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Contact Center Solutions / Routing Technologies, including but not limited to Genesys Engage
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (React, JavaScript) and browser internals.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub.
  • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
