Job Description:-

GenesysAdvanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.- Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars- Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI- Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)- Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications
