Role Description
This is a contract role as a Genesys Developer in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work. As a Genesys Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with designing, developing, and maintaining Genesys contact center solutions. This includes creating and modifying IVR call flows, developing voice routing strategies, and integrating Genesys with other systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the stability and scalability of the Genesys environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Genesys development and configuration
Experience with Genesys Framework, Composer, and GVP
Knowledge of Genesys routing strategies and IVR call flows
Understanding of contact center technologies and architectures
Strong programming skills in Java or .NET
Experience with Web Services and RESTful APIs
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant Genesys certifications are a plus
Any Graduate
